If the girl have to cooperate while quashing of 498A F.I.R. before receiving the decree of divorce be granted, what shoul be done to secure the interest of the both parties?

Note:- Mutual consent divorce have just been filed without a Compromise deed.

unless the decree of divorce granted by the competent court, it is not advisable to file the petition in the high court for quashing. once divorce is done and her statement is recorded that she would co operate in getting the f.i.r quashed, she is bound to comply with the orders of the court.
