Legal Question in Family Law in India

I had a girl friend 1 year before.We took a nude clip at that time doing sex inter course.Now she is married.This clip I had sent to her in mail.I have also a copy with me.Her husband somehow got this clip and viewed it.He has filed divorce.Can he or she file a case against me for possesssing this clip with me.

yes, she can file the case if her consent was not obtained before clicking her nude pics. you may land yourself in a big trouble. you must seek help of a lawyer right away.
