Hello

I am girl who got married 4 yrs back.After a torturing life, 1and a half yrs back we filed 498 a case.So the bail was granted to my inlaws and husband on grounds that he wanted to live with me, but he never came to take me and I am at my home only.I am a working girl and issueless.After 6 months we filed 406 and now somehow my husband got my mobile number.Now again he is after me that he wants me back in his life.But at first m confused y he is callin and smsing me emotionally.I told him again that ok our families can talk and i will come back.But since a week he is only smsing and calling but taking no further action.Should i sms back and revert to his calls?? as he is very clever so m afraid what he wants??? Should i talk to him and sms him back or i should change my number ??? please helllppp as m really tensed.

it may not be advisable for you to sms or text any msg in writing over the phone which he may use against in court of law. you have to think seriously about reunion. It is a personal decision as to whether or not you accept his personality and can live back with him.

There is no harm in replying back - by sms, phone calls and e-mails. Be clear in your mind about what you write. If you think things can work out between the two of you, a clear and firm decision should be taken; After you decide to join him, you may need to withdraw cases under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC.

In a matrimonial dispute, compromise is the best solution. If your joining is not unsafe and free from any kind of domestic violence - physical, mental, emotional and financial - you may seriously consider re-union.
