my girlfriend would be divorced soon in month end we have planed to get married how long we have to wait to get married after her divorce

You can marry the moment your girl friend get decree of divorce from the competent court of law. You may go for arrange marriage followed by registration or you mat\y directly get registered your marriage .

Either party to divorce may marry again after expiry of appeal period which is 90 days, if no appeal is filed agianst decree of divorce.
