Hi

My girlfriend has been house arrested by their parents. We are in the situation not able to communicate properly. I spoke to their parents but they are not convienced. Since we both are major, we would like to marry in front of court. Will court help me out to realease my girlfriend out from her home, if I file a complaint. She is unable to produce any written letter, but i have sms message like a written statement which has sent by her that describe about her current situation. Please help us and your advice is really valuable and helpful for us to take decision for our future life.

you may approach high court and file a writ of habeas corpus.
