Legal Question in Family Law in India

my girlfriend is 17 yeras 11 months old and i 20 years old her parents made a complaint against me that i had kidnapped her and raped her but she had given a statement in favour of me she given statement that yes we gone for 7 days trip but i havent kidnapped her and we have a physical relationship but he havent raped me.so is it possible to get a punishment to me under any indian law?
