Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am a girl.its a love marriage my husband is a lawyer he tortured me mentally and phiscally i had filled 2police complaints against him in august this year and then move to crime against women i dnt want to live with him this is my final decision i thought we will have a mutual divorce but he didnt agree as far as i new him i new he dnt want to live with me so i have to move to the court i.e.tis hazari i have all the proofs who can prove it he is wrong and whatever i have said against him is right.we had our date on 7nov,2009 but he didnt appeared judge ordered him to appear on the next date.i said all my things and when he was asked he said i will nt say anything i will give in written then judge had a special meeting with me,my husband and my parents in there chamber.then judge said this marraige cannot be reunited my husband said he needs time around 1month to give thinghs in written.our date is on 24nov.i want ed to new in how much time can i get divorce if alll the things are in favour of me and.i want divorce early.pls help me.is there any way.

it depends upon the judge. May be on next date or may be after many years.

So show ur case to some local advocate and he will guide u properly.
