Legal Question in Family Law in India
If I give a declaration that is sworned by me in India, and it is to be used for a court trial in the court of canada..will I have to appear in person also to that country or only my decalaration here in India is sufficient proof.

you do not have to appear in canada as the declaration is regarding a fact within your knowledge.

Your attestation of your declaration is very important , it has to be attested by Indian high commission in India to substantiate that you are the person who has send this declaration. once all these things are done then you can legally avoid your appearance before the court in Canada.

even the attestation by notary public in india is sufficient as the same is acceptable in canada.
