can i give my medical

al on not attending court in divorce case

my file filed case

i received summons and my lawyer attended the date now next date is on jan 5 and i am not well

my lawyer also not going on date as he is busy what i do

is my new lawyer if i hire him can attend date with my medical or i can send medical in anyone hand on date

your new lawyer can attend the date only if he files vakalatnama with NOC of old lawyer on your behalf. If your old lawyer is not going to attend the date on jan 5 you may send some relative with an application for exemption and your medical certificate.
