how can give ex prate for divorce case by court if i am not accept notice? if suppose court give ex prate for my case...it means divorce case quashed...ex prate means without my present court can take any decision. if i refuse to accept notice from court oder or opponent's lawyer side...will it be go ex prate or only if i m refusing court oder wil it go ex prate or expect lawyer side.? let me know how many times they will send notice to my address in case i am not home if i gone to outstation that situation if the case will go ex prate....

if you refuse to accept summons/notice from court than it is presumed that you are well aware of the case and therefore deliberately avoiding summons/notice. In such circumstances the court has a discretion to proceed ex parte. The opposite party may also ask for pasting orders.
