Giving Gifts to Child during pendency of divorce petition.
My in-Laws are refusing to accept the gifts that i am sending my 8 year old son by courier. Divorce petition is pending in court. Kindly advice, what I should do?

seek visation rights and give teh gifts when you meet the child

There are more than one ways to reach the child and send him gifts. You may even meet your child personally by obtaining visitation rights. Better you should try for an of the court amicable settlement.

u may hand over the gifts to your son or wife in the court before the judge.

You may ask judge for visitation rights and then gift the child personally. If possible go for amicable settlement as the most affected in divorce are children.
