Legal Question in Family Law in India
Good morning..
I married my wife 14 months back in Arya Samaj in India without the consent of parents.we both lived for a month together after the marriage.then we had to stay apart after that,as we are studying in a private college outside our country due to the college restrictions.we are Majors as per the age.But we belong to different states in India.my wife`s parents are strictly against my marriage.As we are still the students,college asked to be apart till the course gets completed.so my wife stays with her parents in holidays in between the semesters.they are financially stronger than us and are taking advantage of the present situation and are trying to get her married to some other person.Till the course gets over (another 8 months),i don`t have a chance to take my wife with me,if we both should complete the studies.she is really suffering mentally to balance the situations on both sides.my parents are in dilemma because they want my carrier as we are of middle class.so please do let me know the possible options or steps that i can take to protect my marriage relationship.

Sir, file a suit against the wife and her parents restraining them from getting married or getting into any ceremony of marriage without obtaining a divorce from you as she is your legally wedded wife and you can obtain urgent restraining orders.
