Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello good morning this is md safi here, from Andhra Pradesh. My problem is with my father. my father does not want to take care of my mother. because he is basically a big psyco. 30 years before he got married to one woman, after 30 days he gave divorce to her. thereafter got married to my mom.from past 30 years he is irritating to my mom. my mom have lot patiency. thats what she adjusting with him. recently he went from home and gone to village elders to execute the divorce issue.mom and me has rejected to this word (Divorce).Now what we have to do , kindly suggest me.
