Are there any measures to take to prevent it?? please help me..

Hello,

Legally Parents cannot marry her forcefully to anyone.

If, your first marriage is Legal and you have sufficient prove than any other wilful or forceful marriage of your wife will be void, illegal and null.

So, if her parents remarried her and tries to keep it secret for sometime, you can any time file a case for void marriage.

Presently you can file a FIR stating that your in-laws are in forceful custody of your wife and you want her back, whereas, for same you have to publicly declare your marriage.
