Legal Question in Family Law in India

good morning

-village case: what would happen to the groom If he married a girl being a minor (15 years old) and he's older (28 years old) and she's now pregnant? would he be sent to prison for this? or continue married with the girl and taking care of future baby? he's a foreigner on tourist visa and she's indian village girl (they living in my village and he asked me for help since I have access to internet at town), what can he do? what would happen to him?

as the girl is minor and her consent, even for marriage, is not valid, the foreigner friend of yours may be guilty of rape. see a lawyer soon.
