Legal Question in Family Law in India
good wishes to all gurus,i saumyakant an architecture by profession. i am facing a legal problm. i had love marriage in 2008. me and my wyf living seperately since last 2 years. we r having a son out of our wedlock and child lives with her. she filed sec 9 HMA restitution of conjugal rights. i dunna want to accept her back as no emotional bond between us. so i didnt appear in court. we also havnt file reply WS to her petition, a time limit of 3 months already crossed. now what would happen in that sec9 case?? i came to know that she is filing some application in court for ex-parte? what is it? her main motive is to fetch huge money from me by pressurizng. she has also filed sec125, for that we have not recieved summons yet.

sec 9 case may be heard and decided ex-parte. Ex -parte is in your wife's favour as you have not contested the case. In s125 do nothing unless you receive summons.
