Hi, Is there a government website from where i can download divorce application form? and also let me know how many months it will take to get divorced in mutual understanding...

There are no divorce application forms. The parties may need to get the petition drafted which has to be facts-specific and based upon mutual agreement. You may better engage a local lawyer, draft an agreement for mutual divorce and file your case in appropriate court.
