Legal Question in Family Law in India

'am a govt employee married and a father of a son. My wife is a house wife and not agreed to stay with me, asked divorce from me. She creating problems in my life and put several allegations on me. I couldnt live with her more. How much i compensate her to get divorce and what time will be took to get it. Also intimate the basic steps to suit a petition.

In Indian laws, divorce is not for "sale". You cannot get simply in exchange for a "compensation". Instead, you need to prove that one of the grounds of divorce, as per law, is available to you.

Divorce is not very easy. the case will be time consuming and costly. you may consider amicable settlement with your wife.
