Legal Question in Family Law in India
i have given GPA of my agricultural land To one person by notrary without thumb impression and also that land is ancestral property... i have got one daughter and one son who is of above 18 years age,they have not signed for GPA... now the GPA holder sold that property but still kaatha is not transferred..now shall we cancell that GPA and is that sale deed is valid??

you may file a suit for cancellation of sale as the attorney is not valid being attested by notary public. the transactions of immovable property has to be through registered document.
