grand dad will.

my nana made will betwn his daugher i.e my mom.n his2nd wife.tht our house and 1 portion of factory to my mom.but nw after death of 4 yrs of my nana death.my mom's step bro asking to leave evrything as he say he got will whch includes tht if my mom dont giv her house within 3 mnths in return on tht thy will tke our factory property too.tht will wasnt showed to us in passed yrs.n nw it hs been pressured to stay away frm property.i wud like to knw wat steps cn i tke to save my mums property whch her dad itself gave her.n mny of times whn my grand dad was alive his step wife was giving his slow poison.pusshed frm steps.poured hott tea on his penis n mny more.nw she is ruining our life please help me out.coz my grand dad himself gave us n said tht this all is urs n watever i giv her u will nt ask fr..so as v did.but nw she wants to take over all ..please help me sir as soon as possible.coz she had hired goons against us..plz let me knw wats the law is a stepson hides his father's will against real daughter .wat clauses cn v put against thm.coz im damn sure tht lady is a cheat n must hv made fake will coz grand dad signs in urdu whch she used to copy his signs mny times.

Consult a local lawyer with copy of will etc and immediately file a police complaint

You may need to file a case in the civil court of your area seeking a declaration of ownership on the basis of bill; and seeking to restrain other persons from interfering in your preaceful possession. Meanwhile, you may lodge a complaint with local police against miscrents trying to harm you. You may consider engaging a local Advocate to handle the case.

Both civil and criminal remedies are available to you. You may file civil suit for declaration and criminal case against their harassment.
