my grand father died in 2003 he had not written any will regarding the property to whom the property belongs he had four sons and my grand mother also there my father died recently i am the grandson and my brother is also there we two are the only grandsons of my grand father the other three sons of my grand father are having a total of 5girls do we have any write to ask for that property along with my mother ...................we are hindhus

All the sons and daughters of your grandfather, will get equal share alongwith your grandmother. From the share of your father, all of you - brothers and sisters - will get an equal share.
