Legal Question in Family Law in India

My grand mother had 4 sons and 1 daughter and my father is 3rd son(i.e)next to his sister(4th child).My grand mother has writted in the agreement that the house in the name of my father and small father in 1997.But in 2000 my big father and small father has saled the house to a third person for small price without the knowledge of my father(i.e) my fathers signature(uneducated) was put by big father.But the third person has not approached us till now.we came to know this by 2012.we are living in same house now which was saled to a third person.Now my big father and small father are no more united.please suggest me how to deal the problem legally.
