Legal Question in Family Law in India

my grandfather wrote a veelunama to my brother. In that veeluname my gand father mentioned that property after my brother it should to his childrens.

My grand father expired and my brother got the passbook on his name.

1. My brother got married and his first wife has given divorced and no kids

2. Recently one year back he got married and second wife is creating lot of issue. Basically they are looking for the property.

My brother is totally upset and he is planning to register his property to his elder brother sons.

The question is. Since some property came to him from his grand father veelunama and it should go to his sons.

Can he transfer this property to his elder brother sons.. who are minor kids.
