can grandparents be the legal guardians for his grandchild???they are eligible to take passport for a grandchild if the kids parents are living seperately but not divorced???expalin in detail..........

The grand parents may apply to the Guardian Court for appropriate orders giving complete facts of the case.

In one, the parents were living separately; the children were living with the grand parents; when the parents applied for divorce, the grand parents applied for and were granted children's custody.
