can the grandparents suit a file for custody of child after daughter-in-law who is widow and gets remarried

After father, mother is the natural guardian of the child and she will get the custody whether remarried or not. You can claim custody only in exceptional circumstances where the mother is not capable to bring up the child or where living with mother can jeopardise the interest of the child.
