Right for grandson on Grandfather's property

I am from a hindu

family.Andhra pradesh.My grandfather

expired 5 years back. My grandfather

got 6 sons & 3 daughters.There is a

land of 4 acre.This 4 acre land is on

my grandfather's name & he has

not written any will. I am the son of

my grandfather's third son. It was

decided among the brothers and registered the property to my younger uncle who gave wrong commitments individually. Without my notice When they registered the property Iam major,Is it necessary for the grand son to sign

the bond and is there any posibility to proceed legaly on that.

If your father is alive then your signature is not required, otherwise yes. You may approach the court for an injuction against your uncle and ask the court to grant your rights in the property only if your father is not alive or else then your father should play this role.
