My Granny have three residential houses.My mother build up the second Flore at that time 2011 with consent of granny in my mother own earning.now some cause of dispute granny try to sell that one house remove mother from property & house.how can mother sued against the granny & which section rmedy are available.My mother right in prperty.
important contains (1)Granny have no son (2)granny have three married widow daughter (3) all three daughter give the build up expenses of residential house.(4)grandpa died on 2009 (5)Plot acquired by granny in her own earning(6)granny have no brother

does you mother have any evidence that she build up the second floor of the house..........just saying wont work as you need to produce evidence...
And my personal suggestion would be at this age it would not be better to sue on ur granny rather have a mutual talk and convince ur granny after all she is mother of ur mother so try to convince her to accept ur mother and you and not to sell the house...
Whatever your mother did to built the floor but it does not make the owner . Your Granny is the absolute owner of the house and can dispose the house the way she wishes to do and you cannot stop her .
