My Grate Grand Father had Some property, My grate grand father have one and only Daughter, Daughter Had married and husband Also leaved with Grate grand father home only,Then My grte grand father property comes to my grand mother.
My Grand mother have 4 sons and 2 Daughters,2Daughters are married then These 4 sons are equally divide the property at1981 only After 1981 they are all position in the propertys
now problem is 2 Daughters are put the casefor equal share in these property. please tell me who will win the case means sons are win or Daughters are win the case please tell me And also what is the requirment documents to win the case with the daughters.
