Legal Question in Family Law in India

hello. i am in a great confusion please help me immediately. my question is :- the suit property is purchased by father and his major son jointly. son died. whether the wife of deceased son that is daughter in law has any right over the suit property? which section of succession act or other law is relevant. plssssssssssss its urgent.

The wife definitely has a share in her deceased husband 50% share in the property besides her M-I -L and children too have share in her husbands property.
