is it a ground for divorce?

my husband found some emails of mine which i sent to my ex....now he wants to divorce me on the same. although i very much wanna save this marriage and wanna go back tohim but he has deserted me since 7 months now and is not ready to take me back. Is it a valid ground for divorce...he is in US and i am in India. he sent me back to India by makng an excuse of mmy mother's illness.

It may not be a valid ground for divorce unless it is alleged or established that you are maintaining any physical relationship with your ex.

This is not a strong ground of divorce in any way. I would first advise you and your family members/friends who can mediate with your husband and settle down for a amicable settlement.

Well as far your question is concerned it is lacking of some facts.
