on what grounds APB CAN BE DISSMISED IN 498A EVEN THOUGH I APPLIED FOR MEDIATION AND CONCILIATION BUT MY WIFE DID NOT COME FOR COMPROMISE, PRIORLY 10 YRS AGO I HAD AN FIR AGINST ME BUT THE JUDGEMENT WAS FAVOURABLE TOWARDS ME IN 506, 507, 509, 417 SEC , AND NOW I HAD CHANGED MY NAME, I HAD TAKEN 10 SOVERIGN OF GOLD FROM MY WIFE ALL THESE WOULD BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE SHE HAS PROOF FOR ALL THESE ?

the application for anticipatory bail can be dismissed for misrepresentation, tempering of evidence wrong facts, and the gravity of offence or any other ground pertaining to the case. you may apply for apb and tell the court that you are ready for compromise and deposit the amount of the jwellary in dispute and be released on the date of decision of trial.
