if the grrom has a house before getting married and after some years the couple gets divorced, after divorce would the bride have property rights over the house?
mr rajiv with the context of this question can she have right on groom property where he has got from succesion and from will and you are saying about the law which is proposed will it be applicable on this situation and it is prosposed i think for coming into force it will take another 10 years

the law is just proposed that at the time of divorce, the husband and wife need to divide their assets and liabilities as it happens in western countries but this law is not enforced as yet. the wife can claim the share only if she contributed towards purchase of the house or is a co owner in the house.
