Guardianship
A retired father of my friend had to take dependency of his second son who was a government servant for medical attention. When the father died in hospital his status was shown in death certificate as �destitute- care of second son�. It happened that the father left some cash in a bank making it on joint name of his wife.
Wife(my friends mother) refused to part with the cash in favor of my friend. Third party intervention is warranted and a civil case has become inevitable. On what grounds either wife or his son becomes eligible to claim. The cash is 10 lakhs.
