gudafternun lawguru. i have a query regarding permanent alimony during divorce.
1.can 5 years old baby girl legally claim her share in father's and grandfather's property?
2.what documents are necessary to show that particular property belongs to my husband?
3.can a property that belongs to husband, effect permanent alimony?

a claim cannot stay with regard to self acquired property but if it is a joint property, the girl child is also entitled to an equal share. you can only seek residence orders in the property of your husband and the shared household. further, you may seek directions of the court under domestic violence act directing your husband to not to relinquish his rights in his property.
