Legal Question in Family Law in India

gudeve sir. i want to ask if mother salary is 1/5th of father salary. and child is wid mother since birth. can even mother claim maintnnce from child's father. as mother of child is desserted and father of child needs divorce. can u roughly approximate how much child 'll legally claim- father salary 20 lacs per annum+3flats+mutual funds,ppf,insurance etc. and mother salary is 4 lacs per annum. can child claim on father's property legally???

somebody told me that child can legally claim 1/3of father salary+immovable property. is it true?

Not really. The Court is going to grant a reasonable amount to the wife and child when the wife is earning .
