Dear Sir, my daughter in law & my son have little dispute she left the house with my grandson in april 2005.she went to her fathers house.Me &my reltives convinced her to come back but she refused. One day my son called her and talk with my grand son he asked him What is you name? then Grandson replied immediately Yash lalita chaudhari my son was shocked because in his name middle name is mother's name & surname is as my daughter in law's father's surname. we inquired about it in my grand sons school and it was true so please tell me what leagel action to be taken against my daughter in law?

As they were not seperated or divorced?

No offence has been committed by your daughter in law but eventhen your son may go to the court in this regard against his wife after all your son is father and natural guardian of your grand son

As such there is no illegality nor the same ammount to any crime.What is the reason to continue with such relation when your daughter in law is living seperately from the last more than 2 years? Ask your son to take decision in regard to his marriage and if necessity arise then file a case of custody of the child.your son is the natural guardian of the child.
