Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hello Gurus,

My wife filed a divorce petition in 2007 which after 3 years , the court ordered interim maintenence of Rs 40000/- pm.recently.

My salary stands @ 65000- pm.

The Petitioner has made long claims of assets, monthly maintenence, education , marraige expenses of herself and my two children who are with her. While she being an MBA put in a paltry 5000/- pm as her salary. This has been overlooked by the court obviously. The court has not mentioned in their order about the access to children which I have been pleading with them throughout these 3 years. The children were brought to the court and they said they donot want to see me henceforth.

How do I appeal in high court on such a decision.?

Your inputs would greatly help.

You may want to engage a lawyer practicing in High Court for conducting your appeal. There are fair chances of modification of the order in your favour.
