Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hai i am from ajmer and i got a divorce from my wife.in writing on stamp paper of Rs 100 so can u tell me its valid in eyes of court or not please suggest me if after all she wants to put a case against me by saying anything. Can possible ( that is my previous question) The stamp has been issued by the public notary shop but after sign from the both the side on stamp paper we haven't went for notary and there is no stamp of court so please tell me again its valid or not

as suggested above, in the absence of a custom to the contrary, the stamp paper divorce cannot be relied upon. read more on Indian laws on my website www.karvai.in.
