Hai i got the divorce by stamp paper agreement due to some family issues after divorce we both feel that we have done a biggest mistake of our life and decided to stay once again together but our families are not agree to listen on the same, and they are forcing me to get marriage and her family also even we haven�t done a notary on both the stamp paper so my main question is that whether that divorce is acceptable or not if yes then what will be the solution so please help to get the solution

Divorce on stamp paper has no value in the eyes of law only the court has power to give the decree of divorce so ur marriage is safe and by agreement on stamp paper does not dissolve the marriage and for more guidance u can approach me.
divorce on the stamp paper is invalid. you may file a petition for divorce by mutual consent if your wife agrees.
