Hai Sir Today i came with new query. As Discussed about Hindu castle divorce If I wants to get a court merry wth same Girl from which i got castle divorce in wrriten on stamp paper without nottary then what will be the Procedure and how can i go for it in Rajasthan please help me to get the solution

Dear Friend,

Understand few facts

- To get a decree of divorce one needs to go through proper court procedure.

- Simply by explaining your intentions vide Affidavit (notarized or not) would not result to divorce.

- Hence as no divorce has actually legally taken place till as per your query, there is no point of getting remarried as your marriage still exists.

- if you need to execute cancellation deed would depend on the content of the deed through which you expressed your intention to get divorce.
