Legal Question in Family Law in India

hallo everyone..

i am from a village of gujarat state.i belongs to obc( other backward cast).

3 months ago i got divorce on 100rs.stamp paper by mutual consent...in lok adalat.( social meeting).

my question is...can i file in family court ahmedabad for HUKAMNAMA of divorce by section 7(1) ?

is it valied ??

in case the customs allow such a divorce, you may file the same before the family court.

if there is custom for allowing such divorce u may file .but if its not than its not valid as the divorces by gram panchayat are not valid unless custom allows
