Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi ,am hameed.i have divorced my wife as per islamic shariah and it was done by chief kazi of madras.after which my wife filed a false case against me including my parents for dowry harassment ,etc.can she claim property which i have inherited from my father.We have a 2400 sqft of land in which 1200sqft of land we have constructed a house and am living in with my parents.The remaining 1200sqft of vacant land was decided by my parents that it would be divded between my sister and I.But the vacant land was changed to my name to apply for a loan for my sister's wedding.Can my wx wife claim this property?i would like to inform u that we hav got a girl baby aged 6months old

No your wife cannot claim the property as the law in which women can claim 50% of husband's property is still pending in parliament. However if she files domestic violence act and has no place to stay she can claim rental or ownership accomodation from you depending on your income and capacity.
