I got a handwritten paper of my husband which show that he tied the naught just sake of my property,he beats me for dowry come v. late night,i found naked photographs from his phone,i filed a complaint against him.when i came to know his mala fied intention and reason for his strange behavior,i opposed,we are living separtely from last 3months, i want to know what sec of ipc are there,in addition i have undergone weapon threatning n sexual abusal by brother in law

You have not mentioned what complaint did you file. Was it just harassment? What is the status of the complaint. In fact, one need to look at the complaint, as the same has already been filed.
You may invoke Section 406, 420 and 498-A of IPC as also the provisions of Domestic Voilence Act.
