Legal Question in Family Law in India

What happened to a man of 34 years if he is in jail for a cheque bounce case of 4.50 lakh and he has four days to pay but he has no money,no property on his name.What will be max penality? One more case of divorce is also in court in which he comited to give 8lakh.If he gets punishment in first case and also gets punishment in second case then if both willbe parallel or second start after first.If after punishment both amounts have to pay or not

maximum punishment in cheque bounce case is 2 years, . in divorce case, no punishment is prescibed nor there is any such provision, if the husband fails to pay any agreed amount.
