Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi... I am not happy with my wife n wish to leave her but the point is tht my family is supporting my wife since i have 2 kids. I have a home which i transferred under my mother name which my kids are nominee. Now I wish to leave the home and settle away from my place with in india. I know that my wife can file secton 9 and ask me to stay with her against which i can file section 13. The point is that since i am leaving the home she will be staying in my home along with my parents and the kids and thus i do not want to file for divorce unless she does. Is there any way that if i leave my family and if they find me, my wife cant force me to stay with her. Please help I dont want to file for divorce cause if i do so then my family wont let me proceed and also my wife and the kids will have to leave the home. I kn my wife will b more secure in my home thus just wish to leave them and go away never to b bothered or bother them again. Is there any way please advice

they can't force you stay against your wish but if your mind change and you wish to join them then you can.
