harassed by daughter-in-law
my co-sister harasses all family members for want of my in-law's self earned property (her husband is still alive and in transport business) and threatens to commit suicide in all our names if they don't oblige

inform the police about suicide threats. it is an offence.

you can lodge a police complaint against your sister in law as she does not have any right to their self earned property

It is better you file a detailed compliant narrating all the facts in the police station and approach the court to obtain ancipatory bail if necessary.
she is mentally harassing you and taking advantage of you and further if it belongs to your in-laws how she can obtain the property as their,s family persons have to sign and execute and register the property

Inform the police at once about the threat.
Also get published, about such wrong ful threats being given of committing sucide, and also specify that in case any such sucide is committed, then your not at all responsible for it.

It is better for you and your-in-law's to lodged complaint in this regards to police authorities.

severe all relation with co-sister.She nor any body of the family has any right in repect of self owned properties of in laws.Be strong enough and face the situation.donot surrender before the threat.suicide is not a joke.There are some precautionary steps to safe guard the family.Consult an advocate.For any other query/assistance call on my mobile.

immediately file complaints against her thereats of suicide to various police officials
take immediate steps. your first preference should be to avoid any such incidence.
