Harassment as husband as affair( CAn any one tell me best lawyer for divorce in

Hi there,

My sister is married & got 7 yrs old child(femail).

From day she got married she was not treated well & her husband was forced to marry , which we never knew about this before marrage. Her mother & father in law are always harassed her with strong words. They are finacelly well but i heard they are fully on loans. My sister as lost her health bit harassment made by them. He as affair with a gile who works in his office. Both want to marry now . They planned very well & took my sister signature saying she will stay with mother & father in law with her chaid & they would look after child. Once they got sign they have changed words saying daughter will be sent to hostel for studies & the will push my sister out.

I have few quries.

1. Best lawyer for divorce cases in bangalore.

have 1250 limit.

the case is covered under the offence given in Sec.498-A IPC and if your sister's husband marries with another lady without obtaining divorce then it shall be an offence punishable under Sec.494 IPC also.It is better if you go to Banglore and findout some good lawyer yourself.

you can consult a lawyer , but if you cant pay much fee, then you should report to police about the matter, preferably your sister should make a statement in this regard to the police. then you can take further action. about any lawyer in Bangalore, sorry i've no idea about that.
