Legal Question in Family Law in India

harassment from husband and his parents for more dowry?and not planing for children.And my husband cannot takecare of me.,because he is completely depending on his parents.He doesn't have induviduality.what ever his parents tell him he will do that.

Eg:if his parent says not to go near wife he won't come.

They started blaming me without any cause,they wont speak truth.they cheated so many people and their relatives.they don't have proper relation with anyone.No one will support their family because no one have good opinion on them.they cheated me,he will do job in US but he don't do any job there,just for the sake of geting more dowry my husband was their.They are well-off still they except more dowry.

so,please give me good suggestions.

I DON'T WANT TO GO FOR DIVORCE AT ANY COST.

File a complaint before the Crime against Women Cell for dowry ,harrasment and beating etc. file a petition under Domestic violence act for interim maintenance and residence.
