harrasment, attachment of residence by husband

i am married for 35 years with 3 children.husband used to demand unusual sex, insist on doing things from porn movies,slept with our adult daughters and watched porn, masturbated,threatend financial problems,got a 23 years old girlfriend to have sex in fron of me, have 400 of his sms to the girlfriend sharing explicit porn discriotions and stating his activities while sleeping next to 2 grown up daughter.he moved out 2 years ago with girl friend, had blocked me out from doing any work in our common private limited business, has created debts to the tune of a few crores,has created charge against the house i live in but is owned by the private limited company.now he is threatening that either i further borrow against the house i live in, or return the house to him and be roofless with my 3 children, or sell the house and give him the money or he will stop paying the bank against the charge he has created and made me a co guranter.if he stops paying the bank he says they will attach the property and i will be forced to loose everything.basically he has left no options ope for me, refuses to let me carry out an internal audit to see the extenet of the damage he has done.its clear that he is doing all this to harrase me, throw me out

You may immediately lodge a criminal case of cruelty under section 498-A of IPC against him and claim damages and shared accommodation under the domestic violence laws.

You may also consider filing for divorce and seek maintenance for yourself and the dependent children, if any.
