Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am an harrassed hindu husband deserted for more than 3.5 yrs by my wife who is rich from her parents side and she is nither giving divource or willing to stay with me all the effort failed made by court and community people now it is high time either I want relief from her or to establish my married life with her but Hindu law 1955 cannot not do either of the 2 options Is hindu law is designed to harras hindu people if this is the case I want to convert my religion infront of media. to give decisions in court it takes time which is indefinate mean while the either of the couple may go wrong way for their sex gratification and create social/law and medical complications Hindu law is making hindu society a bastard society So please find me a solution

File a divorce petition before the District Magistrate on the ground of desertion by wife..
